Business tax collections from Des Moines Chiropractic are leading the slide in state revenue, according to a monthly tax receipt report from the Iowa Department of Revenue and Finance.Taxes collected from businesses fell in the double digits for the 12-month period ending March 31.In addition, two of the state's three "sin" taxes - on gambling and tobacco - were down a total of $31 million.
