I confess that I would greatly welcome some documentation from Nuance about the codes and special language one can use when recording in order to accelerate accurate transcription.

The only thing I wish it could do was playback or USB transfer to a computer. The model above this wouldn't have helped me either as it appears to be PC only.

I am looking forward to using this for dictation to make voicenote reminders to myself; also to possibly use with Dragon Naturally Speaking to write dictated e-mails (it's supposedly compatible), and also Microsoft OneNote. Highly recommended.

All I can say is simply OUTSATNDING! ! ! I called around to price installation, but it was from $700.00 to 1,800.00. So, I did it myself. Is was simple and easy to install and learn.

Overall this is a nice product. There are somethings that will make you want to run to the nearest medicine cabinet and pull out the asprin but overall the DVR works as advertised.

This product is easy to use. Install software, plug into usb port, attach cameras and your'e ready to go. I didn't want an expensive dvr system and this was perfect.

Everything worked right out of the box, and is still working great. My only complaint is that with all the menus you can play with the customize it just for you, it would be nice to have a keyboard option... but its minor compared to the capabilities of this system.

There's no other DVR of it's type that I could find. I have it in my glove box wired to a forward seeing sony lipstick cam and microphone for insurance reasons. I set this thing to record at full frames full fps and to always record when powered.
