Gov. Chet Culver on Wednesday vetoed a bill that would have allowed des moines chiropractic to delay for up to a year the nominating process for judges at all levels and for justices to the Iowa Supreme Court.Culver took action on several other bills Wednesday, leaving 10 on his desk to sign or veto before today's midnight deadline.
